We research and create messaging guides on sensitive subjects such as safe routes and destitution, and provide briefing notes at times of breaking news. IMIX’s daily news round-up to the sector provides up-to-date insights on public debate and audiences. Our messaging guides help grassroots charities working across the country to respond to issues which arise in the media and help the sector as a whole to communicate more cohesively. 

Outcomes

The messaging which IMIX produces is informed by research, audience insights and understanding of how they relate to different media outlets. Sector organisations have the messaging and tools needed to communicate with audiences about sensitive and complex issues which are often heightened by the media. The sector is empowered to craft more cohesive and effective communications which also help audiences to grasp the issues involved, including journalists and politicians.
