What we do
We support the migration and refugee sector to communicate with confidence, clarity and care — especially in a climate where narratives are often hostile or distorted. Our work focuses on strengthening the people, organisations and relationships that shape the public conversation on migration.
Training, Coaching and Mentoring
We offer training, coaching and mentoring to people with both lived and learned experience of migration. This includes support with communications, campaigns, media engagement and marketing. Our aim is to build confidence and practical skills so individuals and organisations can tell their stories safely, effectively and in ways that help counter harmful narratives.
Media Support and Spokespeople
We work closely with journalists across local, regional and national media. We provide briefings, background expertise and access to a diverse network of spokespeople who can speak to the realities of migration. This helps newsrooms better understand the nuances of migration, the language that matters, the facts behind the headlines and — most importantly — the human stories behind the numbers.
Sector Coordination and Rapid Guidance
We convene sector-wide communications calls to share updates, coordinate messaging and strengthen collective responses. During fast-moving or sensitive news moments, we offer briefings and messaging guidance to help organisations respond quickly, avoid harmful framings and lead with clarity and compassion.
